Wrapping machine VIGOR

We present to you our NEW product - the VIGOR 30 manual wrapping machine, which is used for packaging mini-pallets of Euro 1/2 - 800 x 600 mm and Euro 1/4 - 400 x 600 mm type.

We thought about how to make it easier for you when packing mini pallets, so that you don't have to bend over and circle the pallet with stretch foil in your hands. We worked on details and, above all, operator safety.

The base of the wrapping machine has a safety frame around the perimeter to keep your feet safe. At the same time, this frame serves as a handle for grasping the machine and handling it. If you have an uneven floor, it doesn't matter, there are 3 adjustable screws in the base of the machine to perfectly level the VIGOR 30 wrapping machine and to ensure its stability.

The manual wrapping machine VIGOR 30 can be easily held by two people and transferred to the place where it will serve you best. Its own weight is 57 kg. The machine is equipped with an adjustable handle for stretch foil.

Adjust the tension of the stretch foil on the handle as you need, lift it up to a height of 110 cm and fix it in any position - all with just one hand! Therefore, you can now pack pallets up to a height of 110 cm.

The turntable is equipped with a locking device, which means that after finishing the packaging, you can secure the turntable in the initial position and use a pallet truck to easily take the packed pallet to the place of transport.
